Balchan Primer Filler is a premium high build, fast drying primer filler with excellent filling properties. It provides a smooth rust resistant base coat that improves adhesion and appearant of the topcoat. Its fast drying characteristics enable quick and easy sanding.

Balchan Primer Filler is ideal for use under most single pack topcoats including nitrocelluse, acrylic Y automotive finishes.
