Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We offer standard and express shipping options Australia-wide.

Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide on orders over $199 (excluding bulky items).
Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95 for orders under $199 (excluding bulky items).
Metro Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Regional Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Shipping rates for bulky items are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

Free local pickup is available from our showroom at 242 Boundary Road, Braeside, VIC 3195.
Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

We use reputable carriers, including Australia Post, CouriersPlease, Aramex, and TNT, to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays with couriers may occur.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery:

At this time, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
