AV 515 is a single component, solvent-free, thixotropic, quick setting, moisture cured polyurethane adhesive. Fully cured AV 515 has an extremely strong bond with excellent resistance to water.

Features:

• AV515 has excellent adhesion to all common building materials like wood, plasterboard, particleboard, aluminium, iron, steel, sheet metal, polystyrene foam, insulation foam, concrete, F.C. sheeting, brick, masonry, veneer, melamine, many plastics (testing is recommended) and many other common substrates. AV515 will adhere to all of these products, provided one of the two surfaces contains moisture. The product will NOT cure if there is no moisture available from the substrate, e.g. bonding glass to glass is not possible. Initial set within 60 minutes, full cure within 24 hours. This can be affected by changes in air temperature and humidity as well as the moisture content of the items being bonded.
