Quick Standard Delivery

All items will be dispatched within 2 business days and you should expect your order within 2-7 business days of dispatch. Rural areas may take longer. There may be some delays in deliveries due to our delivery partners. If you require an urgent delivery please contact us on (03) 8522 1889 before placing your order.

Scheduled Delivery

If you have ordered a larger item, such as bulky item (such as a generator) and above, our specialist courier will call you to arrange a convenient delivery time

Can My order be sent to a PO box or Parcel Locker

Please note: not all items can be shipped to a PO Box (i.e. too large, dangerous goods etc) We’ll be in touch if your order is unable to be delivered to your nominated shipping address. These orders will need to be sent with a road courier.

 

Shipping Carriers

we offer a range of freight and delivery options:

  • Economy Freight – In order to be able to offer our customers great prices we will use the most economical freight service and pass the savings directly to you! We use a range of carriers such as  Australia Post, Toll, Aramex, Couriers Please, Sendle, TNT and Direct Freight. If you need your order in a hurry or same day if you are in Victoria metro please call us.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier’s name and your tracking number, if available. You will receive updates along the way, plus you can keep track of your order by logging into your southeastclearance.com account, or via the carrier’s website.

Delays in Delivery and diverting packages

Unfortunately sometimes there can be delays in deliveries that are out of our control, situations such as pandemics, flooding, natural disasters and similar events may cause delays in deliveries. Unfortunately once an order is placed we are unable to divert packages. If you require your order by a certain date please contact our customer service team on (03) 8522 1889 and speak with a staff member regarding delivery time frames.

Change of delivery address

We are unable to change your delivery address once your order has been placed so please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
